Job Description

As a highly organized and detail-oriented professional, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. This role involves maintaining smooth office operations, assisting various departments, and ensuring an efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate staff.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and organize office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Coordination: Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and courier services.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and order in office common areas.
  • Documentation Support: Assist staff with documentation, printing, and formatting tasks.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance needs.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Office Administration Diploma: Diploma or degree in office administration is a plus.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Technical Skills: BASIC knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Skill Sets: Good communication and organizational skills.
