Business Intelligence Developer

Celonis EMS is a powerful platform for data-driven process optimization and digital transformation. As a skilled Business Intelligence Developer, you will play a pivotal role in deploying Celonis EMS across client environments.

This position requires strong foundation in data analytics, process mining, and hands-on Celonis experience. You will be responsible for configuring and deploying Celonis EMS, extracting, transforming, and loading data from ERP/CRM systems, building and optimizing event logs, data models, and process flows, analyzing business processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, developing dashboards, KPIs, and action flows to visualize insights and drive improvements, working closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions using Celonis capabilities, and staying updated with Celonis product updates and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy Celonis EMS for client projects
  • ETL data from ERP/CRM systems
  • Build event logs, data models, and process flows
  • Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs
  • Work with business and technical teams
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, process improvement, or implementation roles
  • Hands-on experience with Celonis EMS: 2+ years
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in SQL, PQL, and ETL tools
  • Process knowledge: Strong understanding of BPM
  • Soft skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management
