Braze Expert

Braze Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced Braze expert to join our organization. This role involves implementing and optimizing customer engagement campaigns using the Braze platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Braze, including its Liquid templating and Canvas features. They should also be proficient in integrating Braze with backend systems via REST APIs, Webhooks, and SDKs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing, configuring, and maintaining campaigns in Braze
• Integrating Braze with backend systems
• Implementing event tracking, user attributes, and audience segmentation
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand campaign requirements
• Troubleshooting and optimizing message delivery, personalization, and performance
• Ensuring best practices in user privacy, compliance, and data security
• Providing technical support and training to internal teams on using Braze

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• 2+ years hands-on experience working with Braze platform
• Experience working with Braze SDKs (iOS, Android, or Web)
• Familiarity with Braze Currents and data streaming to external platforms
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
