Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist to join our team. As a remote work-from-home position, this role requires individuals who thrive in an independent setting while maintaining clear communication with clients and the credentialing team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in end-to-end provider enrollments, insurance credentialing, provider contracting, and recredentialing. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing full-spectrum provider credentialing and enrollment, including filing Letters of Interest and completing enrollment applications for all states.
  • Engaging with payers via calls and emails to ensure successful processing of individual and group applications.
  • Demonstrating expertise in submitting required documentation for private commercial payors, Medicare, Medicaid, Medicaid MCO, and Medicare supplement/replacement plans.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and possess exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with both clients and payers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in provider credentialing and enrollment.
  • Strong proficiency in using credentialing portals and managing associated documentation.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
