Job Opportunity: Cybersecurity Professional

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems, security protocols, and methodologies. They should be proficient in programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Bash, with experience in scripting and automation.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required, along with 3+ years of proven experience as a Security Analyst or in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents in a timely manner.
  • Conduct threat hunting, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses.
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of Product delivery.
  • Provide training and best practice security recommendations to Engineering and other teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with a specialization in Information Security.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Security Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols, systems, and methodologies.
  • Fundamental programming/scripting capabilities (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
  • Experience with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Requirements:
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and threats is essential for this role.
