The job requires a strong understanding of the biopharma/pharma market and the ability to identify new business opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer experience.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and foster account growth.
- Building trust with key accounts/customers through regular business reviews and providing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Collaborating with VAS team for value-added solutions and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Preparing and presenting reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders.
- Managing contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions in collaboration with the sales team.
- Providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
