Relationship Builder

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Branch Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in used car finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with existing customers to drive business growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch.

Requirements:

• Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
• Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in used car finance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
