Senior Associate - US Tax

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Associate in the US Tax department. As a key member of our tax team, you will play a vital role in reviewing and refining tax returns prepared by junior colleagues.

  • Job Responsibilities:

Key Skills:

  • US Corporate Taxation: Strong knowledge of moderate to complex tax concepts, including forms 8865, 5471, 5472, and 1116.
  • Tax Research: Ability to conduct thorough research to develop a comprehensive understanding of tax theory and principles.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with teams across India and the US.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills to train and mentor junior colleagues.
