As a seasoned Application Lead, you will be responsible for driving the development and deployment of applications to meet business objectives. Your primary goal will be to serve as the key liaison between various teams, ensuring seamless collaboration to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive knowledge of SAP PO/PI & APIs Development
  • Lead and manage a team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Making strategic decisions that impact the team's performance and success
  • Engage with multiple teams to contribute to critical decisions and drive solutions to problems affecting immediate and multiple teams
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills
  • Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development with a strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices
  • Experience with API management and development, including cloud-based application development
  • Familiarity with application lifecycle management tools and methodologies

A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development is required, along with a strong educational background. Additionally, a degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
