Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to develop and implement structured scientific educational training programs for healthcare professionals, including doctors, optometrists, counselors, and paramedical staff working in eye hospitals. This involves ensuring that these professionals are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively use products and procedures, thereby contributing to technology adoption goals and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training initiatives across assigned product ranges to enhance the knowledge and skills of healthcare professionals.
  • Build and track opportunities for internal team members to promote a culture of growth and development.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers to improve category outcomes through assessment, critique, and training.
  • Communicate and empower via direct meetings and interactions with surgeons, administrators, and key decision makers to augment sales efforts in the assigned territory.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as a trainer, counselor, or optometrist in the Sales domain with a thorough understanding of managed care.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language desirable.
  • Comfortable carrying out training programs in a hybrid model (virtual and in-person).
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Commerce, Optometry, Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Instrumentation mandatory. Master's degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
