Train and Mentor Aspiring Developers

We're seeking an experienced software developer with a passion for teaching and guiding the next generation of developers through structured classroom sessions.

This is an on-site teaching role where you'll deliver practical and real-world projects aligned with industry best practices, guide students through mentorship, code reviews, and feedback, and collaborate with our curriculum team to enhance content and teaching materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-class training sessions on front-end foundations, back-end development, databases, DevOps & Deployment, software engineering practices, and more.
  • Mentor students through code reviews, feedback, and guidance.
  • Collaborate with our curriculum team to develop and enhance teaching materials.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 5–10+ years of experience as a software developer / senior engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React.js, and SQL/Databases.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
  • Cloud expertise (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Git workflows.
  • Testing frameworks.
  • Design patterns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or corporate instructor.
  • Exposure to Agile practices, microservices, and security best practices.
