As a Senior Technical Lead in Software Product Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design, development, and delivery of applications using Java/J2EE and other cutting-edge technologies. Your extensive experience in architecting and engineering enterprise-scale solutions will be invaluable to our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality applications on Java/J2EE and emerging technologies.
  • Design and implement scalable Enterprise solutions using Java technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on key design decisions.
  • Provide technical guidance and lead technical discussions.
  • Architect and engineer systems independently, with the ability to implement significant parts of the framework.
  • Ensure alignment with design and development best practices.
  • Contribute to unit and integration tests, build and deployment procedures, and standards.
Requirements
  • Strong expertise in Java/J2EE application programming.
  • Good knowledge of design patterns (core, J2EE, and architectural) and UML.
  • Experience in managing technical teams.
  • Extensive experience in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring (Spring Core, Spring ORM, and Spring Batch) and Hibernate.
  • Experience with web technologies using Spring MVC and jQuery.
  • Hands-on experience with ANSI SQL and good working knowledge of Oracle 9 or higher.
  • Knowledge of SSL and Web Application Security Frameworks.
  • Experience with J2EE performance and scalability.
  • Experience with Test Driven Development.
  • Hands-on experience with Maven, Jenkins, and Nexus.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in developing and testing software using Java J2EE.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design.
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing applications using Spring and Hibernate.
  • At least 2 years of experience in web technologies using Spring MVC and jQuery.
