Cloud Platform Developer

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Platform Developer to empower our engineering teams, improve the developer experience, and foster a software engineering culture.

The platform team is responsible for providing baseline & building blocks of cloud environments using Microsoft enterprise landing zone concept in Azure, managed Kubernetes clusters on top of Azure AKS, developer tools, builders library for software engineering teams with mission of supporting product teams for developing cloud native digital solutions, driving DevOps, SecOps & SRE practices in software engineering teams.

This role involves designing & implementing solutions using cloud native services, Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform, Pulumi, Bicep or similar tools, deploying, managing, and scaling containerized applications using Kubernetes, Container and/or Serverless services in cloud environments, API Gateway and API management services, automation scripts/tools using Bash, Python, JavaScript, Typescript or Go.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as Cloud Engineer, Platform Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, or similar roles coming from Software development or system administration background, with proficiency in Kubernetes cluster administration, including setup, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

We operate within 3 value streams - Platform, Kubility & Developer Experience. The successful candidate will be able to understand networking architecture such as DNS, routing, subnet, NAT, CDN, load balancer etc., and Azure AD, access management concepts such AD groups, IAM etc.

This position requires strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to work in fast-paced environment, passion for cloud native digital solutions and drive to innovate.
