Job Description

As a seasoned architect, you will be responsible for designing and evolving architectural frameworks for Generative AI platforms.

You will lead the development of GenAI solutions through agile methods, iterative prototyping, and continuous improvement. Your role will involve driving Proof of Concepts (POCs), solution scaling, and stakeholder alignment.

Architecting and implementing AI systems that integrate with cloud platforms, support LLM lifecycle, and leverage NLP, foundation models, and custom tools/APIs is a key aspect of this position.

Collaboration with business, IT, data, and security stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise data strategy, AI governance, and responsible AI frameworks including transparency, human oversight, and ethical impact assessments is essential.

You will be responsible for building and managing the GenAI infrastructure and platform operations; establishing clear metrics, KPIs, and evaluation frameworks to measure solution impact is crucial.

  • Major Responsibilities:
  • Design and evolve architectural frameworks for Generative AI platforms.
  • Lead GenAI solution development through agile methods.
  • Drive Proof of Concepts (POCs) and solution scaling.
  • Architect and implement AI systems integrating with cloud platforms.
  • Support LLM lifecycle and leverage NLP, foundation models, and custom tools/APIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure enterprise data strategy and AI governance alignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field is required. You must have 20+ years of experience in software architecture and platform engineering, with proven experience in GenAI, NLP, LLMs, and cloud-native systems.

Strong programming background (Python, NodeJS, Spark, SQL) with expertise in full-stack and AI/ML tech stacks is necessary. Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions and mentoring high-performing technical teams is also required.

Deep understanding of DevSecOps, MLOps/LLMOps practices, agile delivery, and data compliance (privacy, security) is essential. Ability to influence and collaborate at executive levels, driving both innovation and operational excellence is necessary.

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
  • 20+ years of experience in software architecture and platform engineering.
  • Strong programming background (Python, NodeJS, Spark, SQL).
  • Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.
  • Deep understanding of DevSecOps, MLOps/LLMOps practices.
