Job Title: Functional Business Analyst

As a Functional Business Analyst, you will work closely with business teams to understand and analyze how core business processes leverage and interact with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and work cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creates clear and comprehensive documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  • Works with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Analyzes data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinates and facilitates UAT sessions to ensure that the developed solutions meet the specified requirements.
  • Develops training materials and conducts training sessions for end-users.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 10-12 years of experience in a functional CRM role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work cross-functionally.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Certified Sales Cloud Administrator.
  • Certified Service Cloud Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
