Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement cycle from sourcing to contract management.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle Fusion applications, particularly in P2P, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management modules. They will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the procurement activities for various business units, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including configurations, functional specifications, and test scripts.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and conduct gap analysis.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle applications, serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing issues, and escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience as an Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion applications, particularly in P2P, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management modules.
  • Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay cycle, procurement processes, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and project management skills.
  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
