The primary objective of this role is to review, evaluate and input pharmacy benefits. This involves working with a proprietary application to receive work and subsequently inputting the pharmacy benefits onto a proprietary system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and interpret data from client benefit databases
  • Coordinate with team POCs and supervisors for clarification on benefits
  • Attend team meetings to stay updated on workflow
  • Participate in client-mandated trainings to maintain knowledge and performance
Primary Internal Interactions:
  • Process transactions as per guidelines provided
  • Summarize complex information into clear clinical pictures
  • Correct and report errors or defects
Primary External Interactions:
  • Coordinate with onshore departments regarding software access or issues

This role requires proficiency in computer skills, navigation of multiple systems, basic Excel, and keyboarding. The ideal candidate should have effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and adapt well to fast-paced environments. A graduate of any stream (BA, B COM) with 0-1 year minimum BPO experience is preferred.
