Job Description

This senior-level business analyst role involves overall experience of 7+ years in business analysis along with corporate action and post-trade expertise. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen to make a seamless transition within a 30-day notice period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create test packs relevant to corporate actions.
  • Execute test cases, manage defects, and suggest new requirements as identified gaps.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Corporate Actions (Mandatory) and Post-trade (Mandatory)
  • Business analysis experience in the IT industry within the Finance domain
  • Proficiency in Capital Market activities, Financial Products, and Financial Terminologies is essential
  • In-depth understanding of the Trade Life Cycle
  • Thorough knowledge of the complete Software Development Lifecycle
  • Self-motivated, excellent interpersonal skills, and willingness to constantly upgrade on new technologies and frameworks
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and coordination abilities, self-motivated, and inclination to stay updated on new developments in the industry
  • Able to understand business requirements easily and translate them into functional requirements
  • Capable of understanding and analyzing complex IT applications and financial product structures
  • Excellent documentation ability
  • Experience in preparing requirement specifications and performing UAT
