Tiger Analytics Technical Lead

We're looking for a talented Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team at Tiger Analytics. As a key member of our technical leadership, you will be responsible for driving the development of our web applications and leading our technical direction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and ReactJS, with extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and maintainable web applications. You will also have a solid understanding of both frontend and backend best practices, as well as experience in database management and optimizing queries for large-scale applications.
As a leader in our team, you will be expected to mentor junior engineers, provide guidance on best practices and coding standards, and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure seamless communication and successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable web applications using Python and ReactJS.
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3-4 years in an architecture/leadership role.
- Prior experience in leading or being a senior part of a development team, mentoring engineers, and setting technical direction.
Bonus Points
In addition to the above requirements, it would be great if you have experience with:
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Architecture & Design: Proven experience in architecting complex, large-scale web applications.
- Expertise in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures.
