Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled interior designer to join our organization. As an interior designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning and functional designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead the sales process and drive successful project closures.
  • To provide exceptional customer experience during a project.
  • To oversee and ensure the quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
  • To manage the entire project lifecycle from start to finish.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduation or relevant diploma.
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an interior designer.
  • Prior experience in leading and delivering multiple residential projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, presentation skills, and AutoCAD.
  • Design expertise in conceptual design, technical design, modular design, and civil works.
  • Ability to create detailed project estimates and coordinate with internal and external agencies.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to deliver logical and trusted sales pitches.
  • Desirable behavioral attributes include result-oriented, teamwork, integrity, ethics, crisp communication, and a willingness to learn and drive performance among team members.
