Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Technical Solutions Architect to join our team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the ServiceNow technical architecture of our platform. Your expertise will ensure that our solutions are aligned with industry best practices and meet the evolving needs of our business.

About the Role:

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and IT teams to understand requirements and implement solutions that enrich the platform and enhance the user experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Architecting, designing, developing, testing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform following industry best practices.
  • Implementing and communicating best practice principles for Architecture & Integration, ensuring they are well documented and followed by developers, administrators, and 3rd party vendors.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver ServiceNow solutions.
  • Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and backlog items are prioritized.
  • Demonstrating a flexible and adaptive approach to accommodate changing requirements.
  • Ensuring clear communication and transparency within the team and stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation with an architectural focus.
  • Broad exposure to ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM (GRC/TPRM), HRSD, SPM).
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform functionalities, including Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Scripting, and Integration Hub.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
