Intuitive Rural Interface Designer

We are seeking an experienced UX designer to own the design strategy and user experience of our KhetPe platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain design systems, UI patterns, and style guides to ensure visual and functional consistency.
- Partner with Product Owners to convert epics and user stories into design deliverables with clear acceptance criteria.
- Conduct end-to-end user research: interviews, field visits, surveys, and usability testing with farmers, FPOs, and partners.
- 5-8 years in UX design, with at least 3 years designing for mobile-first products at scale.
- Proven experience shipping rural customer-facing or mass-market apps with measurable adoption and engagement impact.
- Familiarity with Figma / Adobe XD, prototyping tools, information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with AgTech user journeys, farmer-facing digital adoption, and rural UX patterns.
- Awareness of geospatial/AI-driven advisories and digital agriculture workfl ows.
