Job Summary
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to manage and maintain our global network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in network engineering, with a strong background in Cisco Routing technologies and CCNA/CCNP certification.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network issues on a 24x7x365 basis to ensure high availability and quick restoration of global network services.
- Collaborate with service providers to resolve issues and maintain network uptime.
- Maintain and update network documentation to ensure accurate records.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic operations environment.
This role involves rotational shifts (24x7x365) and requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (B.E. – EXTC) or equivalent.
- 6-7 years of relevant experience in network engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Routing technologies.
- CCNA/CCNP certification is mandatory.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new network projects and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain network security protocols to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Conduct regular network audits and performance monitoring to identify areas for improvement.
