The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing teams involved in quality inspection, unloading, and loading operations. They will oversee all aspects of metal production, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production targets. Additionally, they will develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for unit operations to optimize efficiency and quality.

The role requires strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and complex operations. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective solutions in a timely manner are essential. Strong communication and organizational skills are also necessary for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Report to the Factory Manager (Local), Corporate Management, and Factory Head (Functional).
  • Metal Production Management: Oversee all aspects of metal production, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production targets.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for unit operations to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality parameters for metal operations, ensuring consistent adherence to specifications.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage the timely and efficient loading and unloading of materials and products.

Requirements:

* 10+ years of experience in metal operations, specifically in iron trading or furnace management, in North India.
* At least 3 years of experience leading quality inspection, unloading, and loading operations.
* Sound knowledge of various quality standards and parameters in metal production.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and complex operations.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
