Senior Software Developer - Frappe Modules

Our company seeks a highly skilled and experienced senior software developer to lead the development and customization of Frappe/ERPNext modules. This role involves driving innovation in enterprise applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Development & Customization: Develop new Frappe modules that meet specific business needs, troubleshoot issues in ERPNext applications, and integrate third-party APIs to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to end-users, quickly resolving system issues and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for all implementations and configurations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend effective technical solutions, participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Frappe/ERPNext developments and continuously optimize application performance to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in software development, preferably with expertise in Python and JavaScript.
  • Mandatory Skills: Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, hands-on experience with relational databases, Git for version control.
  • Technical Skills: Solid understanding of database management systems, experience with API integration, knowledge of DevOps practices.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, ability to work under pressure.
