Quality Assurance Test Lead Position

The role of Quality Assurance Test Lead is a pivotal one, responsible for spearheading the QA function across all phases of the Core Banking implementation program. This position requires an individual who can guarantee high-quality delivery through strategic planning and execution.

This encompasses defining and executing QA strategies, test plans, and automation frameworks aligned with the bank's digital transformation objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate business requirements, identify defects, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

  • Oversee QA planning, execution, and reporting for FLEXCUBE Core Banking implementations.
  • Define test strategies for functional, integration, regression, UAT, and performance testing.
  • Coordinate QA teams and facilitate collaboration with Business Analysts, Developers, and Vendors.
  • Review and validate Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements through test cases and defect tracking.
  • Manage defect triaging, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
  • Implement and maintain test automation frameworks where applicable.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge on Functional Architecture of the core system and experience in managing implementation of digital core is a significant advantage.

Essential Qualifications:

  • No less than 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing.
