Job Title: Dynamics 365 Technical Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Technical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will work closely with project managers and technical leads to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement business processes, plugins, and workflows using Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Create custom entities and relationships between those entities
- Develop Dynamics Self-service Portals and Custom portal integrating multiple Dynamics instance for Case creation, Case status update, Add Comment, Upload Screenshots, and knowledge Management integrating SharePoint
- Develop applications that can be published to Azure
- Implement Power Automate and Power Apps automations
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficient experience with developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Hands-on experience with designing and implementing business processes, plugins, and workflows
- Strong understanding of software development using Microsoft .Net, C#, JSON, and jQuery
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum based process implementation using tools like Azure DevOps with pipeline automation for CI/CD
