Job Description:">

We are seeking an experienced entrepreneur to join our team as a Resident in Residence. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of scaling startups and be able to bring their expertise to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • Shadow the Founder daily, participating in key meetings and discussions.
  • Manage follow-ups and ensure execution across teams.
  • Drive key programs that directly impact business growth and scale.
Required Skills and Qualifications:">

The ideal candidate will have real-world experience scaling startups, with a strong ability to think and act like a co-founder. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to handle fast-paced schedules, and be comfortable with high-context switching.

They will be a learner who is hungry to compress 20 years of learning into one intense journey, and will be able to bring clarity to chaos, structure to complexity, and hustle to execution.
