Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

As a Maintenance Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

The role involves performing routine inspections, carrying out repairs and maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all machinery and tools are in safe working condition.

• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of machines, equipment, and facilities.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and spare usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
• Ensure all machinery and tools are in safe, efficient working condition.
• Submit data on preventive vs. breakdown maintenance carried out.
• Provide a summary of pending maintenance work and action plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Higher secondary education.
