Senior Data Analyst

This role involves leveraging data analysis skills to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing client relationships, leading stakeholder discussions, and collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic partnerships with clients by proactively managing communications and project expectations.
  • Translate complex business problems into analytical questions and extract meaningful insights from data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop problem-solving approaches and build scalable solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs within agreed timelines and present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Apply analytical solutions across diverse business domains and functions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology or Master's in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics and business consulting.
  • Strong domain knowledge in BFSI, with exposure to growth and engagement analytics.
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and leading stakeholder discussions.
  • Expertise in SQL (preferably PostgreSQL); ability to write complex queries and perform data integrity checks.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, especially Tableau.
  • Solid understanding of hypothesis testing and statistical concepts.
  • Hands on experience with Python and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Skilled in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and PowerPoint for business presentations.
  • Capable of taking full ownership of deliverables with minimal supervision.
