Sap Finance Control Consultant Job Description

Job Responsibilities

The role involves providing functional support for SAP and related applications, including the implementation and enhancement of the Global Finance Template. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and accurate communication to resolve issues while managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Proposing SAP solutions that align with and support business processes, ensuring effective problem-solving skills.
  • Documenting requirements for conversions, upgrades, interfaces, business logic, reports, forms, and workflows.
  • Configuring SAP application functionalities as necessary and conducting unit and integration testing on SAP Development and Quality Assurance servers.
  • Serving as a liaison and problem-solver for SAP application issues, with experience in managing and delivering multiple projects involving cross-functional teams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • A minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
  • Expertise in SAP FI-General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), and Intercompany (IC) processes.
  • Familiarity with Bank Integration is an advantage.
  • Experience in all aspects of the Controlling area (CO).
Preferred Skills

Candidates with knowledge or experience in Project Systems (PS) and JVA modules will be considered highly valuable assets to our team.
