  • Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Accounting professional to manage client invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. This role requires prior night shift experience and strong expertise in accounts receivable processes.

Key responsibilities include billing and invoicing, payment processing and account management, reporting and reconciliation, customer dispute resolution, and compliance, documentation, and controls. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field is required. Prior experience working with QuickBooks Online is preferred. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential for this position.

Preferred candidates will have experience working in a Canadian accounting firm or as foreign-trained accountants based in India. Inter CAs looking for employment or those who have completed articleship are also encouraged to apply.

  • Benefits: This is a stable, night-shift-based remote role with flexible hours.

Additional requirements include a reliable internet connection, laptop, and suitable home office environment. Willingness to work complete night shifts from 9:30 pm to 6 am (IST) during standard time and 10:30 pm to 7 am (IST) during winter is mandatory.
