Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Linux BSP (Board Support Package) Developer to work on embedded platforms.

The role involves developing, porting, customizing, and optimizing Linux for different hardware platforms, ensuring system stability, performance, and hardware-software integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Port Linux to new hardware platforms, including bootloaders (U-Boot), kernel, and device tree.
  • Integrate and optimize Linux kernel, root file system, and toolchains for target boards.
  • Debug and resolve issues at the kernel, driver, and hardware-software integration levels.
  • Work with Yocto/Buildroot to generate and customize embedded Linux distributions.
  • Provide documentation, technical support, and guidance to cross-functional teams.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent knowledge of Linux operating systems, including kernel development and customization.
  • Familiarity with embedded systems, including hardware platforms and device drivers.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as C, C++, and Python.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
