**Collection Management Professional Needed**

  • This role involves supervising and guiding a team of staff responsible for recovering overdue debts. Strong leadership skills are required to maintain positive relationships with customers while achieving branch goals.

We are seeking an experienced Branch Collection Manager to lead our collection team in developing and implementing effective strategies for recovering overdue debts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of debt collection regulations and compliance requirements.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Team Management: Supervise and guide a team of collection staff, providing training, support, and performance management to ensure team effectiveness.
  • Collection Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies for recovering overdue debts, including planning for field collections and managing customer communication.
  • Target Achievement: Set and monitor collection targets to ensure the branch meets its goals for overdue debt recovery.
  • Compliance: Ensure all team activities adhere to relevant regulations, company policies, and procedures related to debt collection and loan management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a collections or debt recovery role with team management responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership and guidance skills for training and motivating a team.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing effective collection strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to manage customer relationships and resolve disputes.
  • A solid understanding of debt collection regulations and compliance requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred, but not required. If you have equivalent practical experience, we encourage you to apply.
