Job Description:

  • Motivated and experienced Road Design Engineer required to utilize technical and project management skills for delivering highways-related infrastructure projects.

As a Senior member of the high-performing team, you will lead functional teams or projects and serve as a best practice/quality resource. You will guide others in resolving complex issues in specialized areas based on existing solutions and procedures. This role involves working with multi-discipline engineers and designers in a fast-paced environment while supporting a strong pipeline of existing projects.

Key Competencies – Technical Skills

  • Understanding of engineering standards, codes of practice, and local authorities' guidelines.
  • Able to author competent technical reports and interpret internal or external business issues.

Key Competencies – Soft Skills

  • Minimum 10 years of proven highway design experience with proficiency in software tools like Open Roads Designer or Civil3D.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MicroStation, PDS Signs, and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical competence in detailed highways geometry design using Civil 3D/Open Road Designer.
  • Leading multi-disciplinary project delivery and coordinating with counterpart in lead office/Client.

Qualifications:

  • BE Degree in Civil Engineering or Post-Graduation in Transportation/Highway Engineering.

Experience:

  • 15+ years' experience in Highway engineering design.
