Lead Application Development Team

The Application Lead is responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of applications. This involves leading a team to design, build, and configure applications while serving as the primary point of contact.

Key responsibilities include being a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with the team, and making key decisions. The Application Lead will also engage with multiple teams and provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in Java 8 or later
  • Excellent understanding of frameworks such as Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, and Angular
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based applications
Technical Proficiencies
  • Java: Strong proficiency in core concepts and features introduced in Java 8 or later
  • Frameworks: Excellent understanding and practical experience of frameworks such as Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, and Angular
  • Microservices Architecture: Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based applications
Professional and Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Java 8+, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate
  • Cloud technologies, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Front End (Angular/React)
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture
  • Experience in cloud technologies like AWS or Azure
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
