We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to develop, fine-tune and deploy large language models (LLMs) tailored to specific business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning and software development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for real-world applications
  • Integrate LLMs into scalable production-grade systems
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance and task alignment
  • Collaborate with ML engineers and developers to build robust AI pipelines
  • Evaluate model performance using accuracy relevance and alignment metrics
  • Stay current with advancements in LLM frameworks and transformer architectures
  • Document best practices and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Requirements Summary:

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in LLM and NLP model development proficiency with LLM frameworks and libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers or similar excellent analytical problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
