Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Cloud Technical SME. This individual will possess broad knowledge and deep domain expertise within the Oracle HCM Suite, with experience in production support project management, implementation, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and oversight to technical teams on Oracle HCM Cloud module implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Production Support: Lead the resolution of production tickets, patch testing, and change requests, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients, Oracle CSI partners, and developers to document requirements and analyze functional needs for Oracle environment configurations.
  • System Administration: Manage System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance, ensuring compliance with established standards and maintaining a secure environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing of high-level functionality, staging test scenarios, and document test results, ensuring quality delivery of client projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 8 years of ERP implementation experience, with minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM functional modules (Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, OTL).
  • Candidate Profile: Strong end-to-end experience in at least two HCM modules, with excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on challenging production support projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management, particularly Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management, and Visual Builder Studio.
