The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the Managing Director, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the MD's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- First Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and business documents to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with utmost care and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating and following up on projects, action items, and deadlines, ensuring timely completion.
- Office Operations: Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the MD's office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
