Role Overview:

  • Partner with the Creative Director to execute creative concepts and develop innovative ideas.
  • Bring your ad designing and visualization expertise to deliver engaging campaigns.
  • Proven experience in digital, social, and integrated mediums will be highly valued.
  • We're looking for a versatile designer who can adapt their style to suit various projects.
  • Develop quick conceptualizations of ideas and contribute to big thinking initiatives.
  • Present big ideas to clients using a variety of techniques and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Awareness of the latest design, web standards, concepts, and industry trends is essential.
  • Visualize concepts and interpret them into effective designs.
  • Lead by example and take ownership of creative work, guiding the design team towards excellence.
  • Maintain brand tone and position within creative products, providing insightful executions that drive business growth.
  • Develop and motivate the design team, serving as a main point of contact for Account Management and Project Management.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is required, along with good conceptual thinking, typography, and design skills.
  • An added advantage is a Bachelor's degree/diploma from a reputable design school.
