Senior Data Management Specialist

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Management Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining test data management strategies to support enterprise-wide testing initiatives.

 

  • Configure and manage Informatica TDM/Data Masking tools to create, subset and mask sensitive data across environments.
  • Analyze source systems and identify Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and other sensitive data that require masking.
  • Implement data obfuscation to ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, etc.).
  • Work with stakeholders to understand test data requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose datasets for functional, integration, performance and UAT testing.
  • Optimize test data provisioning processes to improve testing efficiency and reduce cycle times.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Test Data Management, Data Governance or Data Engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Data Masking (TDM, ILM) tools.
  • Knowledge of Informatica Data Engineering Integration (DEI), Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), PowerCenter for ETL integration with TDM.
  • Experience with static and dynamic data masking across RDBMS, files and applications.

Working knowledge of Informatica Developer, Metadata Manager and Model Repository Service.

Strong understanding of RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ability to write complex SQL queries.

Proven track record of working with data privacy frameworks and compliance standards.

Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing concepts and data migration testing.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data security in cloud environments is a plus.
