We are a leading financial and strategic consulting firm based in Noida. Our team advises companies from various sectors on mergers, acquisitions, raising growth capital, business valuation, due diligence reviews, and more.

Our profile is diversified, excluding audits, and includes accounting, financial reporting, income tax, GST, FEMA, corporate law, M&A, and fund-raise advisory services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Accounting in TallyPrime and maintaining complete files for each client
  • Preparing management reporting for clients
  • Finalisation of accounts and preparing financial statements
  • Computation of income tax liability and preparation and filing of income tax return
  • Computation of TDS liability and preparation and filing of TDS returns
  • GST registrations, computation of liability, and filing GST returns
  • Conducting research for M&A and fund-raise projects
  • Assistance in preparing financial model, investment teaser, investment memorandum
  • Preparing secretarial records and assistance in ROC filings
  • Advisory on various aspects of FEMA, Corporate Law, Income Tax, International Tax, and GST

The ideal candidate should have a CA intermediate qualification and completed articleship for 3-6 months. They should also possess strong accountancy knowledge, proficiency in tax and corporate laws, good communication and presentation skills, and working knowledge of MS-Office applications.
