We are seeking a skilled Pan Asian chef to join our kitchen team.

This role requires strong technical skills and creativity in menu execution, ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Menu Execution: Prepare and cook Pan Asian dishes (Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, etc.).
  • Kitchen Management: Manage your kitchen section (wok, grill, sushi, dim sum, etc.).
  • Mise en Place: Maintain mise en place and ensure smooth service during events.
  • Talent Development: Train and support junior kitchen staff.
  • Compliance: Ensure hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Menu Planning: Assist in menu planning and development of Pan Asian offerings.
Requirements:

A minimum of 3–5 years' kitchen experience with 1–2 years in Pan Asian cuisine.

Culinary Skills: Strong knowledge of wok cooking, stir-fry, grilling, steaming, and Asian flavors.

Work Environment: Ability to work under pressure during high-volume events.

Teamwork: Team player with leadership skills.

Education: Culinary degree/diploma preferred.

Communication: Good communication skills.
