Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Insights Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for serving as a liaison between technology, product leads, and operations stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in requirements creation, scope definition, and priorities
  • Creating epics, stories, and keeping documentation up-to-date
  • Driving the creation of detailed functional specifications with AS-IS process flows and target state processes
  • Providing functional support throughout the project lifecycle
  • Partnering with development teams to facilitate build efforts
  • Managing changes to requirements per process
  • Developing use cases and partnering with business stakeholders to ensure sign-off on all requirements, testing, and implementation
  • Facilitating the implementation of new functionality through training sessions, demonstrations, and documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12+ years of relevant business analysis experience
  • Experience obtaining requirements from business users and subject matter experts
  • Trade finance domain experience is a plus
  • Ability to write and create detailed business and functional requirements
  • Ability to lead a team of BAs to deliver functional solutions for business problems
  • Experience creating functional system requirements specifications
  • Pro-active leadership skills and ability to interface directly with senior business stakeholders and operation users
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and ask appropriate questions to develop business and functional requirements
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle and Agile experience
  • Understanding of programming languages like Java and Python is an added advantage
