Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and organized professional to manage the end-to-end process of bridal production and client orders. This role requires a strong balance of production coordination, timeline management, and client servicing to ensure seamless delivery of bespoke bridal pieces.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of production processes and be able to coordinate with design and sampling teams to ensure smooth transitions from design finalization to production.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining detailed production schedules, tracking progress against deadlines, and monitoring quality standards at each stage of production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with design and sampling teams to ensure smooth transition from design finalization to production.

  • Monitor quality standards at each stage of production, ensuring bridal pieces meet brand benchmarks.
  • Liaise with artisans, vendors, and embroidery/finishing units for timely completion of work.
  • Maintain inventory of fabrics, trims, and embellishments required for bridal collections.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in bridal or couture production/client servicing.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple orders and strict deadlines.
