Job Overview- Leverage your expertise to collaborate with suppliers, refine products for manufacturability, and contribute to a growing portfolio of future-ready mobility solutions.
- Work on high-integrity designs while optimizing cost, manufacturability, and performance for large or load-bearing components.
- Design and develop automotive interiors or accessories with experience in structural or mechanical assemblies.
- Design & prototype wheelchair frames, drive modules, and ergonomic components.
- Assist in gathering insights on market needs and consumer trends to inform product development.
- Engineer lightweight, robust load-bearing structures (FEA validation).
- Integrate motors, batteries, and control systems with structural design.
- Collaborate with vendors for precision fabrication and quality delivery.
- Conduct testing for durability, safety, and compliance.
- Optimize materials and processes for cost, weight, and performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of product specifications, changes, and manufacturing processes.
- B.E./M.E. in Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 2–4 years' experience in product development (mobility, automotive, or structural products).
- Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks/AutoCAD).
- Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and prototyping.
