We are seeking highly motivated professionals to fill the role of Client Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have a passion for client relationship management and be well-versed in both mainline and digital servicing.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about delivering high-quality solutions to clients. As a Client Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their requirements are clearly understood and executed.

You will be responsible for managing and delivering mainline (print, outdoor, TV, radio) and digital (social media, paid ads, content marketing) campaigns end-to-end. This includes working closely with creative, digital, and strategy teams to deliver impactful solutions within timelines.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. They should also have 2–4 years of experience in client servicing within advertising, marketing, or digital agencies.

A strong understanding of project management principles and ability to perform well under pressure is essential. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

The role requires the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality. The successful candidate will be able to identify client needs and propose new ideas to add value and strengthen partnerships.
