About the JobThe Senior Research Analyst plays a pivotal role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide key insights and strategic recommendations for the organization. They are responsible for conducting in-depth research utilizing various data collection methods and analytical techniques to produce valuable market, industry, and competitive intelligence. The role requires exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities from complex datasets. The Senior Research Analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights that drive informed decision-making and enable the company to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and accurate research on market trends, customer preferences, and industry developments
  • Track Indian and US markets closely and advise clients accordingly on their portfolios
  • Create a portfolio of clients based on client requirements and monitor performance over time
  • Create comprehensive reports and presentations based on research findings
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of products, services, or initiatives through data analysis
  • Stay updated with the latest research methodologies and industry best practices
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency in research activities
  • Comply with SEBI norms at all times as a Principal Officer of a Registered Investment Advisory firm

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Mandatory certifications: NISM XA and XB
  • Proven experience as a Research Analyst or Portfolio Manager or Fund Advisor or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of the Indian capital market and instruments like stocks, mutual funds, and other instruments
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
