Job Brief

Key Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will be responsible for financial modelling, financial analysis, and forming a comprehensive investment thesis on the sector they work on.
  • The candidate will track down and analyse every available industry/company data point.
  • The candidate will make presentations and present convincing ideas to the team.
  • The candidate will also handle administrative responsibilities shared by the team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A keen interest in capital markets.
  • Ability to fully understand businesses and their sectors.
  • Strong skills in financial modelling, analysing income statements-balance sheet-cash flows, and valuing companies.
  • Prior experience of building operating and financial models of companies and industries.
  • Familiarity with basic principles of equity valuation.
  • Exceptional skills in advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail is crucial in this role.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience (sell-side or buy-side experience preferred).
