Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to coordinate ground logistics and deliver packages to specified locations within given time frames.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan daily travel routes based on location and time frame requirements.
  • Load and unload packages with care, ensuring safe transportation.
  • Accept and record payment for delivered packages.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving complaints in a professional manner.
  • Investigate discrepancies related to delivered packages and resolve issues promptly.
  • Obtain customers' signatures upon completion of each delivery.
